For our existing customers we start to look and prepared up to 6 months before your mortgage renewal is due, a key benefit is that as we have all your documents we can secure your deal far in advance of your renewal date, unlike many we’ll continue to check for mortgage deals over the coming days and weeks until your mortgage is due for renewal. Ensuring it’s not just the best deal on the day or the best rate but you get to look over a longer period of time to make sure you’ll be getting the right deal for you when the time comes. Our remortgage service is £250 and we look to move you to any other lender, however, if the right deal for you is with your current lender. There is no charge for this service so for every opportunity that comes to remortgage you can be confident and guaranteed that the best mortgage options will be considered. We will also use this opportunity to talk about changes do you need to borrow extra for consolidations or home improvements, while interest rates remain lower allowing you to buy an investment property to provide you with an additional income in your retirement.
