Meet Tom

Tom Bradley

Mortgage Specialist

I have spent my entire working life in the property and financial service industries in many roles. Having built a great amount of knowledge and experience throughout my working life in 2020 I finally decided the time was right to carry on offering my service as a self employed advisor. I have been working towards that dream since I was in school and whilst the journey has been full of ups and downs I wouldn't have it any other way. When I look back on my earlier career, the 9 years I'd spent working with NatWest throughout many branches in Nottingham and Derby, and 5 years with Frank Innes Estate Agents as a Mortgage Broker in Beeston, West Bridgford and Nottingham city centre I saw the value in what I was doing, but felt that there was always something not aligned with my customers best interests, this was the most important thing for me to consider when setting up on my own. In my younger years I always stayed in a job for a short while before moving to a new role and pushed myself up the career ladder. In 2012 I qualified as a mortgage advisor and I haven't stopped advising since. Working so many years in one job some people might find boring, however, I love the ever changing landscape and fresh challenges my clients and their experiences bring. Whilst I'm processing many mortgage applications one maybe helping couples on to the property ladder as first time buyers, the next may be self employed and looking raise finance for their business. In the past I've turned my hand to mortgages for foreign nationals and even expats who retain a home in England. So, if I've still got your attention, and you're reading this, know that no matter your circumstances you're unlikely to show me something I haven't already successfully advised on before. Away from work I live with my wife Sarah and have 3 children Abi, Scarlett and Oliver and an English Bulldog Murphy. Sarah and I got married in March 2022 and despite the time of year the weather was absolutley glorious, we went on honeymoon to Thailand and I'd love to go back there - what a place! Unsurprisingly, my free time is largely taken up going to activities with the children, all of which are really in to football - which is great as that's my favourite sport too! As a family, we have season tickets to Nottingham Forest and this was another perk of me setting up on my own. As for the future, I'm quite happy continuing to do as I am, helping people secure the best mortgage deals and hopefully get on a few more holidays
